I utilize a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to help my clients increase awareness and gain a deeper insight into the sources of their anxiety and stress. I believe in approaching therapy from a warm, genuine, validating, and irreverent perspective. I often use humor to help my clients get “unstuck” from unhelpful thinking patterns. My job is just to be your mirror to see what is already there, infinite wisdom.
